    A major state agency is making a big bet on MetroWest, signing one of Orlando’s largest office leases of the year.

  • Daytona Beach greenlights Avalon Park development with 8,800 homes, 1M+ SF of commercial space
    on May 27, 2026 at 10:00 am

    The Daytona Beach City Commission unanimously approved a rezoning of 2,760 acres for the massive Avalon Park Daytona community development, which plans for more than 8,000 homes and more than one million square feet of commercial space.
