Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser:

Meridian Appraisal Group, Inc., a well-established Appraisal practice located in central Florida, is seeking a full-time experienced real estate appraiser. Candidates must have experience appraising commercial real estate in the Central Florida market area. The position is commission based and requires travel throughout the state of Florida. Tasks will include all aspects related to real property valuation: market research, property inspections, financial modeling, property income and expense analysis, and narrative report writing. Candidates should be located in Central Florida.

Requirements
