  • Orlando office complex near SeaWorld sells for 75% less than 2018 price

    The sale follows a nationwide trend of office properties selling well below previous values as new owners eye redevelopment. The property near SeaWorld Orlando will continue to operate as is despite approvals in place to convert it to apartments.

    The 192-unit Southwick Commons community is accepting applications for units priced from $1,103 to $1,647 per month. The Orlando metro has just 13 affordable homes for every 100 extremely low-income renters.
