  • $2.6B redevelopment of former Orlando golf course breaks ground
    on September 30, 2026 at 9:33 pm

    The first phase will deliver 1,600 residential units and up to 150,000 square feet of retail space. The three-phase project comes as Orlando faced a 3% housing shortage of approximately 9,400 units between 2020-24.

  • Toys R Us plans 120 new standalone stores in time for holiday shopping season
    on September 29, 2026 at 7:12 pm

    The retailer will work with Go! Retail Group to open the new locations. Select stores will feature creator studios for influencers and toy brands.
